FROM THE DESK OF FR. MARK:

It is my sad duty to report the following:

1. On 13 May 2015 Carol Glackin, who has served as Director of Faith Formation at Immaculate Conception-Moville since 4 February 2014, submitted her letter of resignation from this ministry on 17 June 2015 as she continues to pursue her advance studies in education and her education career. I have accepted her resignation.

2. On 14 May 2015 Marie Washburn, who has served as DFF at St. Michael for the last 16 years, submitted her letter of resignation as her husband John has gotten a job in Nebraska and they wish to move closer to family. This is effective 31 July 2015. I have accepted her resignation.

I will be call a meeting of St. Michael Religious Education Committee and ICC Faith Formation Team to discuss convening a DFF Search Team.

Thank you to Carol Glackin who has served as our Director of Faith Formation since 4 February 2014. Carol has announced she will ‘retire’ from this ministry on 17 June 2015 as she continues to pursue her advance studies in education and her education career. In the near future the Faith Formation Team will meet to fill this important ministry position. Again, thank you to Carol for your time and talent these last sixteen [16] months.

Marie has announced she will ‘retire’ from this ministry on 31 July 2016 as John has taken a job in Nebraska and so they may be closer to family. In the near future the Religious Education Committee Team will meet to fill this important ministry position. Again, thank you to Marie for your time and talent these last sixteen [16] years.
